I. Shipping Information

1. Delivery Countries & Delivery Restrictions
The delivery of our items regularly takes place from our warehouse to the delivery address specified by you within Germany and to the member states of the European Union (EU). Delivery is only made in customary household quantities.

Deliveries to countries outside the EU (third countries) are only carried out upon separate individual agreement. Please contact us in advance by email at: shop@pib.rocks. We will then examine individually for you whether delivery to your desired shipping address is possible and inform you of the applicable shipping costs, customs conditions, and delivery times prior to concluding the contract.

Notice regarding availability of goods: We are entitled to withdraw from the contract insofar as, despite the prior conclusion of a congruent purchasing contract with our supplier, we are not supplied properly or in a timely manner without our fault. In this case, we will inform you immediately about the unavailability and promptly refund any payments already made.

2. Shipping Service Provider & Shipping Costs
Shipping is carried out reliably using our shipping service provider DHL. All stated prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT).

• Delivery within Germany:
  Order value up to 19.99 €: 7.99 € flat shipping fee.
  From an order value of 20.00 €, we deliver within Germany free of shipping costs.
• Delivery to other EU member states:
  Order value up to 349.99 €: 17.00 € flat shipping fee.
  From an order value of 350.00 €, we deliver to other EU countries free of shipping costs.

3. Delivery Times
The specific delivery time for the respective item can be found directly on the respective product detail page. Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods with DHL takes place within Germany as well as to other member states of the European Union (EU) within 2 to 5 business days.

4. Information on the Calculation of the Delivery Date
The delivery period begins in the case of payment in advance (bank transfer) on the day after the payment order has been issued to the transferring credit institution, or in the case of other payment methods (PayPal, credit card) on the day after conclusion of the contract, and ends upon the expiration of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday officially recognized at the place of delivery, the next business day shall take the place of such day.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes for Deliveries to Non-EU Countries
In the case of deliveries to countries outside the European Union (third countries), additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfer by credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties or import turnover tax). These costs are not to be paid to us, but to the competent local customs or tax authorities.

II. Payment Information

We offer you the following secure payment options. We do not charge any additional fees for any of the offered payment methods:

• PayPal / PayPal Express: You pay securely via the online payment service PayPal. During the ordering process, you will be redirected to PayPal to confirm the payment. Your account is charged immediately upon completion of the order.
• Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard): You pay directly during the order process using your credit card. Your credit card account is charged immediately upon submitting the order.
• Prepayment (Bank Transfer): You transfer the total amount of your order to our bank account in advance. Our bank details as well as the reference for payment (your order number) will be communicated to you in the order confirmation email. The goods will be prepared for dispatch and handed over to DHL as soon as your payment has been received by us.

III. Packaging Act (VerpackG)

In accordance with the provisions of the German Packaging Act (VerpackG), we are registered with the Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register (LUCID) and affiliated with the nationwide dual take-back system of Zentek GmbH & Co. KG (Registration number: DE5016349420077). This ensures the proper, environmentally sound recycling and disposal of all transport and sales packaging used by us.
